not sure about this rule, you must be talking about I-140 approval...okka sari approve ayyaka if you stay with your employer for atleast 6 months, taruvatha employer emi peekaledu..even if he revokes your I-140 petition you will be eligible for 3 year extensions | ||

Few yrs ago airport poyi request cheste they used to give new i-94.. naaku telisina iddaru friend did that... not sure if they are still going that because recently CBP started rejecting such requests... ask ur friend to call airport and check if they can still do it... try smaller airports where there is immigration.... pedda airports aithe koncham strict he has to leave the country worst comes to worst... If the expiration is within 6 months ask him to file for extension and he will get new i-94 automatically.. but ikkada 7 months unnattu undi kada.. easiest route.. | ||
