IMO all those are incorrect analogies. Most of the ones mentioned in the link is fear of losing jobs to Irish, Italians etc., Probably the correct analogy is putting Japanese immigrants & even their American children in camps in 1940s. Roosevelt brought an ordinance in 1940s to put them in camps because of the war. This went to supreme court and SC upheld it. This is the famous case of Korematsu v United States. They r worried ant tellals just as they were worried abt Japs. Whether this is right or not, they have to decide. BTW Trump mentioned this Jap camps in his election campaign. | ||
