Nampally court has issued summons to Superstar Mahesh Babu, Director Koratala Siva, Mythri films producer Naveen in connection with Srimanthudu film story controversy. Satish Chandra, a novelist, had moved the City Civil Court alleging that Srimanthudu’s story is a copy of his novel Chacchenta Prema. Sarath Chandra said the makers of the film have violated the copyright act and urged the court to take a legal action on the makers of Srimanthudu movie.
