I attended recently conference call on age out affected H4 kids. I feel very bad about those families, they are staying in US more than 15 years under EB2 and EB3 and their H4 kids are aging out soon like reaching 21 in year or two. Implication of those H4 kids. 1. They have to move from H4 to F1 visa. They are out of the GC queue and they have to make their own H1 and waiting for GC. Looks like slavery inheritance. 2. They can't eligible for certain research program education 3. They have to pay 2X and 3X college fund as consider as foreigner. What a unfair country. Illegal immigrant kids they are some GC and EAD option unaayi. | ||
