Toll Brothers is top notch.. I will pay 20k premium just for Toll Brothers.. Next Lennar and Hovnanian - pretty good.. Communities built by above 3 usually are well planned and they look like new even after 10- 15 years..and the base specs are good.. you dont need to worry about them.. If your budget allows and if you planning to stay for sometime.. I will go all in on options.. it goes into your mortgage .. for $50 a month you can get all you want.. my first th was with one of above 3 and second sf with a local builder (both bought new) .. happy brother my friends recently bought a TH in nj, seems like they are good in giving whatever they promised but faced some issues in finance matters, so i guess as long as you are not borrowing from them you are fine. kaani like any other builder anything any extra thing other than standard is charged . ma area lo KH is medium to above range. | ||
