company B says they will apply perm after 12 months. Jan 2019 daka vasthey i will have 11 months to process perm and i140. i checked trackitt current perm processing is 2-4 months. last 1 yr lo tention ga crunch time face cheyyalli.is my understanding correct or based on my previous i140 approval from company A can i get h1b approval till 2020. | ||

I have I-140 approved with my current company A and my H1 extension expires in 2018. If I transfer from A to a new company B, what happens if I leave B before they file I-140 and join C? 1) There is nothing called "Transfer" 2) COmpany B claiming they are providing you with a job and their petition, once their get approved 3) depends on the duration ur B is applying.. if applying beyond Jan 2019,they need to provide evidecne u r eligible...(all ur 140approvals blah) | ||
