I think it is not ATTACHMENT..cos they are already attacheed to bank ,as surity while taking the loan and now when the loans are defaulted..the banks has taken the properties into thier POSESSION They are now bank's property. But don't underestimate the defaulters they have already took loan many times more than teh actual value of the prooperties | ||
