Even when Babu is in the opposition at the center and state, he can institutions like the Supreme Court of India, CBI, (perhaps even FBI and International Court of Justice). Yet, while he is in power at the state and center, he can't even manage the center to get special category status (that would've given him an invincible political advantage for the next elections) or delimitation (to accommodate the defectors whom he took in violation of the anti-defection law). Now, we see news about his failure to manage the IT department (as per some people on this DB, Minister Narayana was affected) and a public sector bank (Indian Bank) that caused his government immense embarrassment by attaching the properties of a minister in Babu's cabinet. What is causing this paradox? Please don't hurt Lady Hazare's fans by claiming that the institutions (be it SC, CBI, Banks, IT Dept., or Central Govt.) are functioning normally and motives are being attributed by disgruntled elements.
