If ur salary is 100k, u contribute 18k to 401k so you are saving 6k in taxes Now if u dont have a house u can borrow on ur 401k half of it till 50k so tax save chedi still u borrow it for ur house so u should go for 401k to max if ubdont have a house ... |

What is ur motive to save in 401K? deeni answer ni batti endulo ettukovali anedhi seppochu... for eg...Tax savings ithe... do Traditional 401K/IRA savings which are before tax..and will be available for distribution at retirement .. fo eg.. Tax savings akkarledhu...growth meedha tax kattatam istam ledhu anukunta...Roth lo invest seyyurri... In any case, do savings for retirement Dharmam gelavani Chota... Contribute to Roth IRA first. Then up to you about how much you want to contribute for 401k to reduce taxable income. Usually this is recommended.
