they have to pay the school fees/college fees/rents/ration etc , buy other needs with the same money kaada not all the govt employees are corrupt , some had ancestral money , some other assets gold etc , most of them have no receipts , some land sale transactions .. it was not practical in India to have everything in white and black - | ||
