We all know that ED has been able to prove the assets they've attached as "proceeds of crime" in front of ED adjudicating authority (quasi-judicial), Appellate Tribunal, and High Court. However, a large number of people (including many on this DB) believe that the Members/Judges in all three of these institutions have erred in their judgement. Even if the SC too ratifies their judgements, many people would not be convinced. I understand the need to keep the evidence confidential until it is used in courts, but why can't it now be placed in public domain? Jaggu is in an important constitutional position (Leader of the Opposition in AP assembly) so I think the people should be allowed to see the evidence. "Sakshi is a most balanced and independent media. This has no affiliation with any political party," Jagan had said.
