depends upon company he will get insurance from Feb. if old company insurance covers until end of Jan , he is lucky. if not he has to go for COBRA, you have 90 days to sign up and it will work from day you resigned . if it is small thing, better pay from pocket, because of new year , he has to pay deductible + Cobra. if bill is less than that then pay by him self. if it is more, go for cobra #NRI PAY TAX IN INDIA# Jai Modi | ||
