IBM is very shrewd ..its old and big and descion making may not be as fluid as in modern companies but it has lot of say in IT world..I never directly worked for IBM but I dealth with them a lot..especially Ind teams..they treat them very badly..anduke ippudunnodu inko 2 moths lo jump. | ||

Finally sane decision, IBM Ind skills are barbaric, high employee turnover indirectly damaging Indian IT reputation because IBM takes big chunk of customer base and everybody hates IBM due to skillless Indian IT teams. | ||
