Of the many factors,the site rank and Unique Visitors are the major criteria to decide the price (measured in CPM) for banner space So is telugu360 is also doing FRAUD by paying this forum owner and forcefully diverting visitors, who otherwise may have not cared to visit the site ,(to boost the site's ranking and UVs) | ||

Still I believe it is not 100% FRAUD..but they are paying to watch (to artificially boost TRP).It is not ethical FRAUD is paying BARC for changing/altering the rankings.. Just like paying to get clicks to site.(You can expect to get visitors to site with out influencing ..but visits through organic search or directly visiting site by typing URL and NOT SPAMMING links on public forum If this is NOT fraud ,I agree with the OP | ||
