simple ga sepali ante gym cheyatam, gym apeyatam tho nee muscles perigipovatam thaggipovatam jaragadu.. food tinatam, maneyatam tho jarugutundi..working out is to break your muscle tissue so you can feed it with food/nutrients..

lets say 6 months gym chesi baga thini muscles penchav anuko..depends on how much u eat you will gain fat too.. you cannot just gain lean muscle..it always comes with some fat..endukante we dont know the exact amount of food (macro nutrients) to eat to just have lean gains..

gym apesthe ubbtm anedi biggest myth..gym ki vellakunda undataniki janam cheppe abadham idi..asalu brain petti alochinchu, gym apesthe enduku ubbuthav? gym chesthunapudu if u wat 5000 kcal, aapesinappudu kooda anthe thinte ubbuthav..you need to cut down the calories when you are not working out..

the above para will answer your next question..will u lose your muscle gains? yes and no...depends on how much you eat.. oka 1 yr untayi (maintenance calories thinte).. slow gaa when you reduce calories, your metabolism will go down and you will lose muscle mass..

then muscles vacchaka gym stop chesesi.....next yoga start cheste like daily 12 suryanamaskaras, kapalabhati, sarvangasanas etc......

na doubts ivi.....

1)muscles maitain avutaya

2)gym stop chesinanduku nenu overweight ayipoyi ubbipotana....

3)bdy loose ayipodda ??

4)gym stop chesi yoga start cheste good or bad.....

5)yedi besto cheppandi.....i want to have 6 pack anduke gym ki going ......
