Well said, this is exactly the pros and cons I am thinking in each scenario. H1 transfer tho, desi mestri antey, mana jebulo nunchi transfer ki and pay run avataniki pettukovali along with RFE tension. So H4 lo we will loose only filing fee kada ani I am inclining more towards it. But as Andhrawala bro said, when I plan to switch back, I might need to travel outside the country. | ||

H1 is your Mestri Owned... not you. H4 is being owned by YOU. Having said that, if a desi mestri files your H1 with in house project, gets RFE and eventually falls apart.. neekochina nastam enti ikkada? Its his H1 filing gets rejected. I dont think that you would be impacted by that failure. If it works, you can jump around that desi mestri by paying monthly pay roll. Alternatively, if your way, file a H4, get receipt number.. keep trying your H1 based employer/jobs etc.. if you get a H1 job before your H4 is approved, simply withdraw your pending H4 :-) all you lose is the filing fee for H4. Here the trick is that you should be getting a H1 job before H4 gets approved. Worst case, you will get to H4 and then file H1 when you get the job. :-) | ||

why do you want to convert now itself? do all your homework (find new H1 emp etc or prep all req documents for H4 ) and file only after sure shot gaa job ayinappudu who knows you may get those couple of projects that were pushed out to Jan .. since you have 140 approved better look for some desi emp for H1 rather than going to H4 route which also requires to to going back again to H1 when you want to work .. adedo direct gaa H1 e cheskunte better kadaa? | ||

Idi na paristiti: Oka 2 months nunchi bench paina unnanu, tellodu na mestri. Naku ravalsina jeetam ni split chesi innalu checks run chestu unnadu and avi mottam ayipoyayi as of last month. I took a sick leave (valid reason with doctor letter) for a month. Job market chala dull ga undi, na profile BA/PM with Banking and MDM experience. Last round interviews ayyayi chala, few were put on hold until next year, in few cases I was given verbal offer and all of a sudden, internal ga fill ayyayi antunaru. So i don't have hopes to find a project by end of this month Come Jan 1st, naku sure shot ga oka project unadali, ledu antey ma vadu Eh1 pekestadu. 2 options in front of me, need experts advice please: 1) Eh4 ki convert avvali immediate ga (spouse on eh1, no 140 yet) and then change back to Eh1 once I find a job 2) Do Eh1 transfer to another desi employer (chesey valu unnaru). But in-house ani file chestaru , which may cause risk of rfe Eh1 to Eh4 and then Eh4 to Eh1 valla emana issues untaya? i140 approved, Eh1 inko 3 years undi. everakana ee situation lo experience untey chepandi please, TIA |
