What I meant was , No matter what are the values of properties all RBI printed money meant for circulation should be part of that Govt realized that x is the money in circulation in market that is shown for taxation purpose, bank deposits etc Where as it has printed x+ y actually, where y component is not shown any where in taxation system So the money deposited in banks after demonetization, s definitely more than x. All that is not being shown in taxes today. So final despite's should either fall short of x+y , to confirm the difference is black and became useless If the deposited equaled x +y, then black money hoarder have made it while for that need to pay tax from now | ||

RBI printed money in circulation 100 of 500 and 1000 old It got 50 as new notes Scenario 1 Money deposited in bank 80 as old notes So bilk left out is 20 which of no use This 80 has some taxable money and some not shown money The stashed % of money deposited in bank is the black money sucked out of system Now govt is not going to create equal new liquidity purposefully But due to bank screw up new liquidity is going to bigger during exchange. Realizing that govt stopped exchange. Common man is suffering due to banking fraud which govt failed to control | ||

Total Money Printed by RBI for circulation = x Money in Market in circulation as white = y Money in circulation as black not visible for taxation = z Money deposited in bank = y + % of z Total black left out = x -(y + % of z) Total bilack recovered = Money deposited in bank - RBI info on taxable money in circulation | ||

BTW...The economy is much more than the actually 'printed Money' CASH RESERVE RATIO; The extent of cash that the banks should deposit with RBI is NOT in 'physical cash'..It's transferred in Books and not physically ! | ||
