Media room is in the upstair, it is not prewired for ceiling speakers etc. So technician needs to go through the attic and run the speaker wires to install the ceiling speakers and he needs to run the HDMI cables too through ceiling for the projector to connect the equipment HDMI inputs to projector.. Since there is no access to the top of the media room through attic..the only option is wireless HDMI transmitter and satellite speakers to the side walls instead of ceiling speakers | ||

all equipment in place for the installation. Today installer came and went into the attic and said there is no access to my media room in the attic, they went into the roof and no access to my media room attic. What a bummer. He is suggesting plan B. with wireless HDMI transmitter and instead of having ceiling speakers he is recommending to go with satellite speakers. How reliable the HDMI transmitter? If we go with satellite speakers, they will be visible on the wall, home theater look is good with satellite speakers? Please throw your ideas. |
