Introduce higher denominations like 5000/-, 10,000/- Allow enough time for black money to tickle into higher denominations Reduce share of 500/- and 1000/- notes in market and replace with lower 100/- notes Promote e-transactions with 0% fees or with some 0.1% cashback (Bring the share of cash-economy in GDP to 5% from the current 12%) Allow enough time for black money to tickle up into higher denominations Then all black-cash can be caught easily |
