Rudra:

yeah he is good at crisis management, at least prioritizes the immediate issues and comes up with short term solution. Nitish Kumar is another good leader, hopefully this team makes good recommendations to alleviate the issues.

true...while other cms like kejri, mamatha, akhilesh,Kerala CM are shouting how people are facing problems - Navin patnaik, Dev fadnavis, CBN, Nitish etc were at crisis management and trying to ease the situation..that is what makes them good leaders...

Good job.

At a time when there was a talk everywhere that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is caring a damn for Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu, the latter got a pleasant surprise on Monday.

Union finance minister Arun Jaitely called Naidu and conveyed that the Prime Minister appointed him as the chairman of a five-member committee to find out remedial measures to overcome the currency crisis on account of demonetisation.

While Naidu is the chairman, the four other members of the committee are: Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar, Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chowhan, Puducherry chief minister Narayan Swamy and Tripura chief minister Manik Sarkar.

The committee has been asked to report on the practical problems being faced by the people on account of demonetisation and the immediate remedial measures that could be taken to avert the crisis.

Apparently, Modi is said to be impressed with the measures being taken by the Naidu government in AP to tackle the crisis, including introduction of online transactions everywhere and diversion of low denomination currency from temples to banks.
