gtk.. No govt or bank can afford cash drawing more than certain limit.. Govt cannot push the money by just printing. now it is in dead lock.. Still i do not see any reason for not using bank for more than 100rs ? if people does not want to do that it will in stall forever.. people can top up the phones even he is not educated but he cannot use bank? People only mindset now is avoiding tax.. their mindset is if they put money in bank then govt will catch them.. they are going with this even now.. they are trying to draw money and hold it.. 60% arogya sree is voilated by this small business people who earn more than 20 laks per year.. a small grocery shop owners earns more than 30 thousand .. but he wont submit tax.. a school teacher who earns 20 thousand pay near to 4k tax.. on top of it.. he get 2rs rice.. arogya sree.. what teacher gets.. zero.. now people+channels.. everyone is push back on this decission.. what will happen when RBI prints same no of notes again? situation will be back in next couple of years.. what we got now? the govt plan is to reduce cash and go online.. now it has come to stall.. tomorrow decision will decide india future.. will people push govt to make old notes again valid? or force people to go online? the decission will decide india future.. printing notes will not solve issues.. i think govt is trying stop printing and force people to go online.. GTK.. the way channels are projecting the issue really very bad.. USA or other countries cash transactions are almost to 0.. only here and there. Most of the banks atms has cash draw limit to 400$ .. India has banking system but people of totally against it to avoid tax.. if not now people never would change.. people are stubborn to shift even they have option. Why transaction more than 500 rs cannot go for bank transfer or check? they do not charge much.. why cannot workers.. shop have that..? now life can easily move when the go for paperless.. the cash which is available can be used for small things.. but people are drawing more than necessory every day to create shortage.. no bank or govt can take it.. recently europe and some countries totally banned cash drawing when economy report came back.. india need to go for it.. if not now..never.. people are really really pushing back on it just to avoid tax.. you are paying near to 40% and this small business people even they earning more than 10 laks still does nto pay taxes.. it is effecting you alot.. Lets consider What GOVERNMENT did now: 85% of liquidity and 13% of total economy is announced invalid Result: Purchasing power is lost --> Demand --> Production --> GDP Lets consider in what better way it could have been implemented: why talk cashless economy now?? why cannot it be first and then these initiatives next??... if it had been the way, what ever we are witnessing now.... shouldn't have been there.....no restriction... no chance of black money holders escaping....Still its a step preparing the common people..... If the aim had been Curbing the black money.....why still continue the Market value for the loan and registration price for the stamp duty???
