Real estate needs to be controlled . Why don't people think about others who doesn't have much money . There is an issue if a guy who is making 30 k per month can't afford an apartment. Inflation can't keep going and Indian rupee should stop bleeding. No pain no gain. With the present rates, guy from poor background even after getting highly paid IT job can't afford to buy 500 sq yards land. These down turns give chance for new entrants. |
