2years back naaku kuda same I-94 passport expiry date ki set chesaru though I have more validity on petition and visa stamp. Passport extend cheyinchukunnaka maa lawer and USCIS office vallu 2 options icharu #1. Apply for H1B extension as like regular process #2. Step out of country and get new I94 on existing visa and petition copy. Adhe time lo nenu company change ayyanu. So started transferring H1B to new company. But india vellasivachindhi. Petition approve ayye time ki India lo unna. New petition copy meedha visa stamping ki velli enter ayyanu country loki. Since company change and new I-797 stamping ki vellanu or else avasaram ledhu | ||

As far as I know, he does not need another visa if he departed before the I94 expiry. Did he overstay his I94? In that case, his visa is cancelled automatically and he needs fresh visa.

Maa colleague I-94 expiration date passport expiry date ki set chesaru. Obviously vaadu ikkadiki vachhaka passport renew chesukunnadu...but not I-94. VISA valid till next year end. athanu ippudu india lo unnadu ... maa HR aadini VISA stamping ki vellu antunnaru. But aadi deggara kotha I-797 approval notice ledu...old daani meeda malli vellochha?
