The unidentified woman from Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh gave an interview to media outside the Congress office in the state and declared his âloveâ for the politician. The ardent fan said Gandhi has had âmeals with Dalitsâ, âhelps Dalitsâ, can âmarry Dalitâ and âsince Iâm an OBC, have been working with his party for so long, why wonât he not marry me!â The woman who claims to be a worker of Congress Seva Dal has come forward to let her feelings be heard by her âdream manâ. She claims talks about her marriage with Gandhi began way back in 2006! And she admits, she had little trust in him then. But after she joined the party in 2014, her impression about the leader started changing. She says she has met the Amethi MP on several occasions. It was during such encounters that she felt that the Congress VPâs feelings were akin. When asked by the reporters what are the reasons, she says, âHe is a good man, son of prime minister, good leaderâ and the list continues. Asked about any assurance from the MP, she says, ânot in reality, face-to-face, but have assured me when I see him in my dreams.â In her fantasy world, Gandhi has allegedly promised to marry her, make her his wife and even have children together!
