I agree with driver kaka suggestion...ladder, pyramid are much better than treadmill and elliptical.


inkka nayyam..start with HIIT and army workout ani suggestion ivvaledhu..diver khaaka suggestion is good only when someone is working out since years and need some different kind of exercises..ikkada thed initiator wants to just do a basic 1 hour cardio ..dhanii pyramid lu ladder lu lunges lu avasarama..

If you still got stamina
Go to near by park or buy pull up bar for $40
1. Push ups 10 reps ==> 30 seconds rest
2. Pull ups 10 reps ==> 30 seconds rest
