suggest them to eat brown rice instead of white aatomaTK ga takkuva tintaaru as its very sticky and hard to chew you cannot easily swallow that is one advantage with brown rice or chapathi. Every piece you have to chew well and swallow. So ppl get bored after eating few or some. So it helps diet Driving is my PASSION. Ball or Bimmer does not matter. |

sachin.. ya.. it is tough for them. unless they understand their body themself.. Roti, and high fiber needs lots of water. they need to drink water to digest them other wise they get constipation. Their bodies does not get adjusted to change so fast becoz of age. when my parents were here, i had to get all the stuff what they used to eat. First one week was horrible for them. Daily upma, annam, pappu, etc.. manam bread, oats,veggies.. chicken ani pothe.. bukka digadam ledu ani sepparu Pandulu drainaige guntalo undi matladukuntai anta.. Chi Chi Manushulu ala ela untaru.. chi chi.. |

Maa naanna naa kanna veyyi retlu better....poddunee 5 AM ki min 3 KMs walking chesthaaru.....initi daily organic farm nundi cucumber, beet root, molaketthina senagalu etc tho oka packed item vasthundi.....food kooda mitham gaa tintaaru.. maa amma nemoo ivvanni patinchakunna food control maatram chesthundi....poojalu ani rozu poddunne 2 gantalu and evening gudi loo time spend chesthundi... they finish off their dinner by 7 PM and 9 PM kalla niddara poothaaru.....they are vegetarians ..... by grace of god ippati varaku vallaki yee health issues levu....
