this could be true for all heros....no one takes full white..... talk is that they tapped some key hawala operators phones and details are available with govt on how they are planning to move the money...not sure how far it is true. | ||

He is a top hero from an influential family. He has strong film and political connections. He is also known as producer's actor as he is not very rigid about his remuneration and goes soft. However, his latest has shocked his producer. After Centre's decision to make Rs 1000 and Rs 500 notes defunct, the star hero has returned Rs 4 Crore cash to his producer which he had received as part of his fee sometime back. Talk is that the money is unaccounted and hence it's "black". Now, the producer is stunned with his act and is not sure of how to react. Since the film is still in production stage, the producer has no other option but either to replace him with the fresh currency or give the cheque. The producer is now moving pillar to the post to get this money exchanged through other means. After all, producers are the soft targets. Meanwhile, the government's move has jolted many in the film fraternity. Especially, star heroes and top directors who charge exorbitant fees from producers are the first ones to receive the hit. They have begun taking the accounted money for their new films and asking producers too pay them through cheques as it's safe. While few producers are coming forward to give the old notes, stars are rejecting to take them. |
