Mav I talked to my prior employer And talked to her that I will get H1 for her But I conveyed that once she is on H1 Not sure where she gets client so still we have To live apart But as she lives in USA I said I can visit Every weekend also Also on H1 it's very tough to maintain Still risk. If any time my PD becomes current Then I can take chance so I can include her But that's not happening. Uppu I did he himself told like It's better when u marry on H1 Once u get into EAD u cannot apply dependent visa She should have different visa I.e on her own visa Too many clauses and it's complicated Though if I take chance in future her visa got into problem Then again she should leave or mind apply student visa etc It's all big mess torture life with many ifs and buts Already enough 10sions in life So no more adding10sions Driving is my PASSION. H1 is only way to get dependent using H4 But it's more tough to maintain based on rules So ruled out On EAD you cannot apply dependent If I got GC I can convinience girl and her family that I apply thru family quota until then I can come many trips In a year without any 10sion etc Having EAD I myself do t k ow when I get GC How can I convince girl and her parents that I take them With me So it's kind of tough situations But for me more important is living rest of life in USA than girl So I choose to stay here thank god for having EAD Driving is my PASSION.
