Step 1: His current Visa will be revoked.. Which means he can stay here but when he goes to India next time, he will have to go for stamping.. Step 2: Need to carry all DUI related documents (Court).. Step 3: During the stamping, he will get a 221 to visit the doctor and psychologist.. Step 4: They will give a sealed envelope.. He will have to submit the sealed envelope along with passport to Embassy. He will get his Visa if everything is fine.. Konchem nuisance but he will get the visa. If a person gets a DUI citation ticket under F1 Visa( intial OPT ), will there be any problem for his OPT exention, and H1 applications?? Share any previous experiences. His breathe test recorded a normal consumption rate which doesn't come under felony. Are there any chances he can get rid of this DUI history through advocate proceedings??
