I think many of state govts who going on paycheck to paycheck (I mean on daily tax collections) are badly effected 90% of daily transactions ,which are made in cash ,are down Liquor sales is down by 80% Land registrations down by 95% Vehicle sales are down all tax earning commercial activities are down..states like TS which run on taxes from Hyderabad has severe drop in income and is not in a position to pay December Salaries Sensing this,KCR wanted to put the blame on Modi before employees and people revolt on him for non payment of salaries and other govt bills | ||
