I think we will get Housing boom in next few years. I am expecting the deposits in banks will increase now. If more deposits, Banks will reduce the interest rates on deposits and lending interest rates will also decrease. This might promote everyone to take loan and buy a house. This is my assumption.. Also, if the interest rate on deposits is reduced, people would like to invest in RE only. So RE will also boom but this time with white money and govt rates. | ||
