very good analysis....but I doubt domestic consumption is up there yet...our imports are too high (gold, electronics, oil) unless we cut down these ....our long term plans wont be that easy to be fulfilled | ||

So far Including me anthaa RE loo or others place loo invest chesam. But many of these transactions will include unaccountable money. So oka just 4 hours loo mana RE worth tanked 15-20% sure. it may be more for short term. Every country will have its own strength and drawbacks. If the leaders understand them properly and use them with the proper point of view and infuse them with culture it will do wonders. First of all thanks to PVNR reforms. after his reforms our source of income increased. We started earning money in the form of exporting goods, exporting services etc. We are into many value added services. Our Indian IT cos grab the opportunity and showed to the world what we are. Later our Pharma repeated the magic and earned enormous amount of the Money to India. But prathi industry ki oka growth period vuntundhi at max few decades but after that jucie ayipothundhi. Same case with our above industries. Many visionaries like nandan nilekani etc said the same in many years back and we are seeing the same now. But still our strength is our population. Now our economy is not depending on exports like late 90s or early 20s. Govt of India doing lot of out of the Box thinking. To reduce the FII funds in our markets Govt looking for their opportunists like moving PF funds to our markets, Concentration on rural and semi urban ppl. Introducing the GST to have more visibility and less taxs. So far rural ppl meedha concentration antee only farmers, subsidy etc anee concept loo act ayyevi Govt. But Modi Govt apart from farmers welfare schemes they are doing great work like jan dhan yojana thoo they open the bank accounts to many ppl in rural and avoided middle man. Now we have 22 cores accounts under this scheme with deposits USD$ 5.7 billions. all this is white money and will good liquidity to financial sector. they bring the concept of Small finance banks for Priority sectors. Innalu bank leni places loo kudaa ee SFBs accounts open chesthayi. they are bringing all of Indian ppl from un recognized sector to recognized sector. They are introduced KYC (Know you customer) regulation in all banks. so no fraud and easy to do credit checks in case lending money. Govt of India encouraging many start ups. I guess that is going to do next big things. Now Bottom line is India moved from earning from exports to domestic consumption. Our domestic consumption slowly feeding our economy. Already Urabn ppl most of the consumption is in recognized sector. But in rural and semi urban who are majority it is not the case. So from past few years all steps are marching towards in that directions. If you are in Indian stock market you should observer this by now. Many cos which are serving domestic ppl they are growing great like 20-30% cagr. while IT etc growing at 2-5% CAGR. Intrestingly many MNCs are now doing good. But same time domestic cos are doing wonders. How this will effect us? So far RBI is regulating the INR to USD fluctuations to reduce the impact on our exports. Once white money increase in our system and domestic consumption starting taking over the lead in our economy it is highly impossible to stay at 66Rs INR / usd. It will come down to minimum 50 Rs in few years. I believe Modi Govt is in that path and acheve the goal in few years. Increase in accountability in all Central Govt departments. 2. Dealing Pak from all aspects starting from Baluchisthan to Daily Milatary attack. First time I am seeing true actions. so far manam we will be in receiving end. Modi Govt kanaka lekapothe lekapothe enno Mumabi attacks jarigevi. alaa kakundaa now we are delivering dewali celebration directly to them in their own place. 4. Handling crocked media and handing over excited own Minster (Smriti) and MPs in same and matured way. 5. I feel dealing Black Money is his achilles heel as getting Black money from other countries to India next to impossible. But with today act he made sure that what ever unaccountable money is there that is obsolete with one act. Now what could be mode Next aim. Modi discussed about strengthen INR. He did funny comments about INR Vs USD price by comparing a minister age. I am sure he already in that direction. Let me share my detail thoughts on this in next post.
