there are multiple ways of going wrong in back squat.. ippudu teliyadu, long term lo telusthadi.. i switched to front squats..they are better on your spine and ultimately u r posture.. powerlifting ki weight ekkuva use chesthar kabatti they do back squats.. hypertrophy and to just workout/stay lean ki front squats best.. good luck enjoy |

E, Chest expand Shoulders lock so that shoulder muscles support heavy weights And look forward with straight head the best way is see your forehead always while squatting And down slow controlled and up fast This is the best of doing squat Driving is my PASSION.
