I got stiff neck problem

Even in back squat also

More than 250 lbs then it tough for me

My neck and nerves become very stiff
I feel burning or cutting my nerves feeling

Later we see Annad so I might try later
Now just doing back squat and bench press

This is the best of doing squat




there are multiple ways of going wrong in back squat.. ippudu teliyadu, long term lo telusthadi.. i switched to front squats..they are better on your spine and ultimately u r posture..

powerlifting ki weight ekkuva use chesthar kabatti they do back squats.. hypertrophy and to just workout/stay lean ki front squats best.. good luck enjoy

what she is doing is wrong..her head should always be up..not even straight/neutral..that helps with heavy squatting..head position thappu unte through out body thappu avutundi teliyakundane..

in addition there are other factors that will help fixing that lean..

drive through heel, strengthen the erector spine, mobilize your pelvis and angles before lifting..nee ankle mobility sarigga lekapothe your knees, hips, spine mobility effect avutundi and weak avuthay..

What I learnt squat is

Take a position hold the bar into two hands at back
It should be very kind of tight grip i. E, Chest expand
Shoulders lock so that shoulder muscles support heavy weights
And look forward with straight head the best way is see your forehead always while squatting

And down slow controlled and up fast :-)
