Crunches are dangerous and break your back...do not ..i repeat do not do them

(Even for slim& trim gymmers, long run lo crunches break your back)...reason is biomechanics of crunching put strain on ls

But I do other way

Ly on the floor hold pole in two hands lift legs
That too very slow and controlled movement

So I feel lower abs and thighs ki very good exercise :-)

Abs ki best and very simple equipment is
ProSource Abdominal AB mat
Cross fit lo ide use sestaar
This mat is the best it's semi soft easy on back
And kicks you well so that you get into momentum quickly and easily :-)

But it would be better if you do this
In break time in between other compound exercises

Don't just to do crunches are primary exercise :-)

personally, it depends on what your goals are, dedication level , availability of time

meeru ippudu trainer nee hire chesthay, most of them try to improve cardio vascular fitness levels first
some of them (since you are a newbie) set moderate goals and guide you and help you keep focus - i mean every day you are talking to someone about good stuff for atleast 30 mins...it does something to your brain :-)

no trainer anukuntay
you can do same by doing above average intensity workouts - running, cycling, swimming
you can take it up a notch by attending 1-2 group fitness classes which cater to many levels...rookie, intermediate etc
sometimes u will find groupon type of deals in local suburbs( maa warald famous ashburn lo idhi ippudu booming bijiness) ...u can try for a month at low rate, the trainers want you to become permanent members where they charge quite a bit
monitor your diet, lifestyle set your goals...use the mirror, log your weight every few week

try it out for a few weeks. you can decide for yourself
ledhu coaching kee velthay gaani eamcet seat raadhu ani fix ayithay ...go talk to trainers and pick one who suits your needs

ippudu na weight max time 30 minutes.. running 20 minutes high intensity.. added Tennis and cricket..

seen greater result than spendin 2 hrs in gym like OM

neutral spine , neck and spine in straight line ....slow controlled movement

due to the inherent nature of experiencing discomfort from a new activity , neeku modatlo chaala kastam gaa anipisthundhee, out of breath, no balance etc

melliga cheyyi...check some utube vdos ahead

okko saari trainer gaadu seppina daaniki manam contractor reporting to FTE mgr laaga talakaaya ooopesi kangaaru lo dhana dhana yedho sesaysthaaam

also reduce overall body fat before jumping into full fledged abs...have you seen rhambha thighs personality with chiseled abs ?

starting phase lo nay dedicated abs routine is not req...it can be like 15% of your overall workout for that day your body to learn, adjust ....you will also learn as you make exercise a part of your lifestyle

crunches.. eppudu padithe appudu avasaram ledu..

go with normal exercise and have abs exercises as your last one. most of the time you do abs as part of other exercises.
