okko segment based on demographics...okka level of participation untundhi...usually older people more likely to vote, educated, high income people more likely to vote. Dems ki normally turn out is a problem...ee saari they are thinking they will do better than expected because Trump does worse among educated people. But, North Carolina lo LOT of early voting stations were removed...which is impacting voting of african americans. But, overall they think they will do better than polls because of superior ground operation. Trump side thinks they do better than polls because some people are reluctant to say they will vote for Trump. | ||

Based on past election and thier assumption during curent, they choose likely voters. Also likely voters are who plan to vote. But the mixture is important. If you have a poll where you select 48% dem, 36% rep and 16% independant you get different result.
