yeah I think that is what I will end up doing... concern entante...I have to keep chasing for that 500 later on. and then will by premiums for next term increase? ( as I have made a claim) and all this for no mistake of mine. | ||

that is what I thought bro.. but the other party insurance told me on one of the calls, if I want go through them I should get car inspected and not fix it through my insurance company... but looks like I have no choice...and just let me ins company deal with it.. | ||

State is NJ and my ins rep said 5000k is within legal limits. My company is Allstate and other party has Statefarm. | ||

nee insurance enti, peda company ayite u can still go through urs and they will get that money from the other insurance. maa farmers vadu chala manchivadu even though i went with them after few months he paid back my 500 even though he didnt get the money from other other company, 1 year taruvata vachindi vadiki money. so better go with big companies insurance. ... | ||

state minimum as per law minimum $30000 untundi. check again or get lawyer. If you have uninsured motorist insurance , it will be covered | ||

Folks, Was involved in an accident few days back. Three vehicles included in the crash. Mine is vehicle 1, I was rear-ended by vehicle 2 and vehicle 3 crashed into vehicle 3. vehicle1 and 2 were stopped at traffic red light. Vehicle 3 insurance has accepted full liability, but insurance agent says liability property damage limits are 5000 usd, and maynot be enough to cover both vehicle damages. I know I can go through my collision, but I have to pay deductible of 500 usd. Also they bump my premiums later on. So what options do I have? My car is drivable so no hurry. only bumper got damaged and passenger rear light slight damage. vehicle 2 has bigger damage, mostly total. |
