why preference to delta? delta has existing allocation of 181 TMC since British era, I see no reason any tribunal will change existing allocations. | ||

ee recent judgement impact is not same for TS and AP. Key aspect is, next steps are project wise allocation and operation protocol in lean period between AP and TS. while @ncbn/AP is requesting for project wise allocation since two years, TS denying it. my opinion is AP will not challenge this judgement but ask for Project wise allocation by confirming to existing project alocation. I do not even believe TS will go to Supreme. rather ask for more allocation. TS will have to do lot of explanation in coming years to their people. i can see they are worried now. | ||
