Well, to each his own. Last one year traveled around 10 times and every single time .. I loved the food, hassle free experience, more weight in luggage, more leg space and good in-flight entertainment and 9/10 on-time arrivals!! I dont ask for more from a full service airline. Oka sarkari airline, which accumulated 22000 crores losses from 2005-2015 gurinchi matladutunnav ani marchipothe ela? In business terms, it can be considered as has been gang raped for 10 years!!! And except Indigo, no other Indian airline has more passenger growth. Indigo has its advantages as a budget carrier. agreed .. much more can be done .. but for now .. what happened in the last 1+ year is phenomenal .. I travelled thru Delhi airport. Luckily, it was a breeze. I actually make it a point to use JFK-DEL direct flight whenever possible. So far every experience is good | ||

LOL.... bokka lo airindia. happened to travel couple of times over last 1week. excessive staffing, unresponsive behavior, worst flight conditions, inefficient operations and expensive too... i would prefer other private operator anyday over Airindia. Indian airlines is the best saami.... nenu USA ninchi bombay digaanu 6 or 7 years back...mumbai ninchi hyd ki indian airlines flight ki maa dad ticket koni naaku email cheyyaledu... nenu IA counter vadiki cheppanu..i dont have e ticket....they were so nice that they asked me to buy anotther ticket in mumbai and aftetr landing in hyd....I can get my money if returned the ticket bought by my dad...asalu evaru ilanti service cheyyaru.....foodwas superb....thats when I always thought IA is the best... AI tho problem is fatsos and old people who are too unruly | ||

Horrible experience in Delhi , if choice will pay more , but will not travel through Delhi ever again .. Had to get down at Delhi , and females and males are separated and later joined into one line , where the wife has to take small girl kids and boys with dad .. after that when they join into one line , whole family is divide and who ever females are groped and kids squashed in the lines Worst experience .. - | ||

Delhi-based Air India would like to launch a capital-to-capital route to Dulles from the spring of 2017, the Star Alliance carrier's chairman Ashwani Lohani told MWAA officials at a meeting in September.
