this is what i was looking for. this will close vent in a room if that's not used frequently or if it reaches optimal temperature. coupled with smart thermostat this can give real benefits anukuntunna. But price has to come down though. each vent is $80!!!

yes, that is there. but uneven ga heat/cool ayithe kooda problem ye...like in our current condo, my daughter's room tends to be hotter always than other rooms and as such we keep running a fan there.

very simple, sensor keeps reporting temperature in that room back to thermostat...so instead of thermostat checking temperature only in one location (usually living room) and shutting off, it will shutoff after sensor reports that room's temperature has reached the temp set on thermostat.

usually programmable untayi kinda manual over write type

naku telisi nest lo kuda same to same same wifi lo connect ayyi untayi kabatti if you are away from home nest will automatically know that you are away and goes into away mode

ecobee sensors on each room ela work ayitayo idea ledi

But ivi central a/c tho ela use avuthai...naa situation lo someone will always be at home - so away/coming-back settings kakunda ela useful?
