Did this recently. Was expecting not to get off at Mumbai but that was not the case. Total travel time is around 25 hrs. You have to go through security check twice in Mumbai. Once for the transfer and the other just before boarding the flight. Flight from Hyd is a domestic flight. Bloody AI customer care said to reach before 3 hrs and counters were not open. They also insisted it's the same flight but TSA rules do not allow it and you have to get off and board a new plane in Mumbai. If you are travelling with young kids it's not worth it. | ||
