People's anger is justified, will personally apologise to martyrs' kin: Om Puri: Actor Om Puri says the anger of people over his remarks on the Army is justified and he is ready to face punishment for it. 'People's anger is justified. I am not seeking forgiveness but punishment,' he said. He said there is no justification of his remarks and he repents it. "I will personally go and apologise to the families of the martyrs, will ask them to punish me," he said. A few days ago, during a debate over the ban on Pakistani artistes on a television channel, Puri referring to Indian soldiers, aggressively said, 'We haven't forced them to join army.' He further said, 'Prepare 15-20 people as suicide bomber and send them to Pakistan.' As soon as he said this, he was slammed on social media including Facebook and Twitter.
