Similar case positive gaa work ayithe ela vuntundo naa neighbor case:
My neighbor gurl joined Zebex as a contractor, Zebex got acquired by Disco(change D with C). At that time ebex pref vendor tried to use her existing contract as a tool to become as a pref vendor for Disco. But becoming a pref vendor for Bisco is not that easy(I know many companies in the queue for over 15 years). So, the eBex damager played trick by saying that during the merger, this ebex bendor is not in the Bisco list, It will take time, for now, I will hire this gurl and will get a new contracting position to get from you, once the merger is over. Now that gurl has been happy employee of Kisco, that vendor is sweeping the roads as usual and that manager is sending his Gaara Pattina Paachi pallu images in Whatsapp to the poor bendor. :-)
Moral: Jil Jil Jilebhi bhai: You need some smart brain in this mess to help you out. At least one Gaara Pattina Paachipalla brain required..
Guddi Lukckki.

Jilebhi:

This was told to me by C1 HR.

Talk to Manager at C2, if you worked with them from C1 itself much-better!!
If Manager can't help, at least they can influence HR...
Get that email copy from C2 HR now..
It is a Contract Termination declaration email, not a big deal, they should be able to share it with you. They may even mask any Dollar Figures and Monetary values with White-Marker, and a Print on C2 water-marked paper is also sufficient. Proper Termination Documents anni set ayyaka.. you are FREE.. FREE.. FREE... FREE..
Basically, you are already FREE...
V1 godava chesthey.. you'll present those C1-V1 Contract Termination documents and pull C2, which now owns C1... and because C2 is spending unnecessary time in Courts, they'll counter-sue V1..
In fact, call V1 and ask him to do whatever he can do in the world to trouble you...

There is no more discussion. V1 cannot even touch your hair.
No-Competency koodaa work kaadu... C1 is merged with C2.. Unless V1 has new Contract with C2 regarding the same No-Competency of old consultants.

E1-V1 ki No-Competency, V1-C1 ki No-Objection... So E1-V2-C2... yeppatiki ayyenu...

Idey na question:

E1-V1 No Competency: Idi enduku valid avutundi if my C1 contract was terminated. I am not moving to V2 while being an active contractor with V1.

V1-C1 No Obligation: C1 one week back ey inform chesindi na contract terminate avutundi ani, V1 raised no concerns. I am not sure it was verbal or written.

Is V2 ready to agree on this ?

C2 will pay what C1 used to pay hourly... to V2..
V2 will keep their share, and pay to V1 their share, and then give out your share to your Employer...
Or the other way round, V2 will keep their share, and give out the remaining to Employer, and employer has to pay V1 their share...
Second part is easy...

Another alternative, ask Employer to show different project, that you are quitting C2 project, show that to V1, and make them believe that you have moved away from C1 or C2 completely, but continue to work there through V2. If V1 comes to know, it can get very very nasty...

Long-term solution, influence Manager at new C2 and take FTE...

Bottomline, a Notarized Paper, or Bond / Stamp paper alone is a valid acceptable evidence in the Court of Law for Civil Disputes. Oka $25K appu ichhaa ani word document print teesi both parties sign chesaakaa.. agreed duration taravatha return cheyaledu ani court yekkithey... that word-document print is only as good as toilet paper!!!

This is the ONLY SOLUTION you have, two days nunchi bench annaav kaabatti.
V1 will never become C2's prime-vendor over-night, through you. Adi C2 Org-Policy obligations meeda depend avvuddi.
E1-V1 ki No-Competency, V1-C1 ki No-Objection... So E1-V2-C2... yeppatiki ayyenu...
H1 lo unna problems, EAD/GC lo leni problems yenti ante excel-list lo number 1 gaa add cheskondi ee situation..

Friend had similar problem. Client changed Org-Policy.. No more Corp-to-Corp.. but best part, All Contractor's Employers ni Prime-Vendors gaa convert cheskotaaniki Green Signal ichhesaar...
Existing Prime Vendors chesina lolli antha inthaa kaadu... they still demanded their fair share although they were not representing the consultants anymore... talaa $15 to $20 still nokkesevaallu anta...
Client Policies change ayyaka lekka prakaarangaa entire EVC model needs to be revisited..
kaani.. Vendors won't survive.. Their Business Model is cheap-labor-class middle-men kada...

simple , all assests and liabilites of C1 is transferred to C2

Correct, but that doesn't mean that C1's prime vendors also gets transferred to C2 kada.
It is up to C2 to decide who should be in their prime vendor's list.

If my V1 is in new C2's prime vendor's list and if I try to work with another V2, that is wrong. But asalu C2 list lo V1 ledu.

So, V1 cannot work with C2 and also V1 not letting me work with C2.

C1 termination to V1 and C2 with V2 directly may work if the want to deal with the headaches ..but mostly they will allow these

Currently working in EVC model.

Current Vendor: V1
Current Client: C1

C1 got acquired by C2. V1 is not a prime vendor for C2, hence C2 asked to me work with one of their prime vendor V2.

Everything was set between V2& my employer and all of sudden V1 started creating trouble. They want to become a prime vendor to C2 by using me (C2 cannot afford to loose me at this point).

But V2 is not very proactive and delaying (may be because C2 don't want them in their prime vendor's list). Already 2 days nunchi bench due to this issue. C1/C2 damager full serious as project is in critical position.

My employer is afraid with this new developments from V1 and he says unless V1 provides a release letter/NOC, he cannot sign SOW with V2.

Enti paristiti? C1 & C2 tried their best to resolve it, but finally ga hand ettesaru. It's your employer prob & V1 problem, memu em cheyalemu annaru.

Slow ga confidence taggi padutundi , what are my options?
