Dont worry, you will be fine. Since you are not in US, you are not liable for any proofs at this moment as you are not on H1 status at the moment. Check all your papers(LCA, I129, client letter, all papers submitted with your petition) Read each line/word fully. Call them and tell them that you are visiting India for an urgent issue. Any information required, you can submit it once you are back to US. In the mean time, have your attorney get ready to file your current H1B extension in premium process(its a good trick of work around if your current H1 is being raped with this visit and its aftermath).
