According to reports, Musharraf agreed to give up claims on Jammu and Kashmir and the plebiscite option under the United Nations if India accepted his four-point formula—no different than the one incorporated in the 1972 Simla Agreement. Another yuuuge mental block that is gone now is that LOC is somehow our border. while our constitution and parliament say that POK is part of India, we have all come to accept by default that LOC is the border. these strikes now show that's not the case. rajyavardhan rathore's statement is very critical: >> Union minister Rajyavardhan Rathore said on Thursday that no territorial violations have been committed during the operations since PoK is very much a part of India.
