Raju garu, Chinna help kavali. We (NRI's) are planning to purchase some land in Karnataka. Our plan is to build a Hotel/Resort in that land. We want to buy around 4 to 5 acres land and build this hotel (approx 20000 square feet area). US lo company register chesi India lo land konavachha? Or do you think registering the company in India is better? we want to invest the money through NRI/NRE accounts and want to bring back the money (in future) to US.
