Gautami Putra Satakarni, the prestigious film of Nandamuri Balakrishna, has started its marketing. Since Tuesday was an auspicious day, the film makers began finalising the deals. According to reports, Varahi promoter Sai Korrapati bought the distribution rights for Satakarni in Ceded districts for Rs 9 crore. Discussions are going on for other areas. The producers are expecting Rs 25 to Rs 30 crore in Andhra and more than Rs 18 crore in Nizam area. By and large, there is a good buzz for Satakarni. However, the talking point in the industry is how far the audiences would patronise historical movies. But, since it is the 100th film of Balaiah and moreover, a high-budget film, there is a craze among the buyers. Going by the trend, the film might be bought to the extent of Rs 75-80 crore.
