The divisional bench of Hyderabad High Court comprising Chief Justice Kalyan Jyothi Sengupta and Justice P.V. Sanjay Kumar was hearing the plea against the state government�s Financial Assistance to Students of Telangana (FAST) scheme on Monday. The bench opined that the government must be careful while implementing such schemes.
