if you are chaning client(different city or MSA), you have to anyway apply for H1B amendment(mandatory before start working for new client). So file for an Amendment+Extension at a time and start working at new client. your employer can save money in that way | ||

lca ayite definite ga file cheyali. but y do you need h1 receipt number for lca? not sure if it is needed. soon after filing new lca, you have to update your h1b extension petition with new lca and client details | ||

lets say I applied for h1 extension today - regular processing inko 1 month lo client change ayyanu anukundam (vere state) , appudu malli lca ki apply cheyala? na h1 extension inka processing lone undi kabati, aa reciept number meeda lca file cheyyala? how much should i pay for this lca? |
