The Modi Sarkar has managed the media very well given its absolute lack of guts to do anything concrete after the Uri Attack. Its media-channelse.g. Times Now, NewsX and Zee News played their roles very well. Analyze what happened post the attacks: Day 1 : "Let's nuke Pakistan/ Let's bomb them to the stone age" Day 2: "Let's launch limited strikes across the LOC & destroy terror-camps" Days 3,4,5: " Let's cut off water & abrogate the Indus Water Treaty" Day 6: "Let's ban Pakistani actors" What next on Days 7,8,9: "Let's show them their place by condemning them & indulging in "kadi ninda", wearing bindis, bangles and waiting for the next terror attack so that we can rinse & repeat?" Meanwhile, Pakistan still gets its "Most Favoured Nation" status, gets water from the rivers of the Indus basin, does business with India (we import tomatoes, sugar and onions for 2-3 Rs cheaper) and absolutely nothing changes. | ||
