AP is blessed with natural resources (Water, Minerals, Coast Line etc.), so more suitable for industries. It was past governments failure to utilize these resources, instead concentrated mostly in HYD area. Again, Division is good for both states (Much more development in AP, Self ruling Pride for T). | ||

Actually these figures pertains only to the projects/investments that are processed through Dept of Industrial Policy and promotion..basically those industries which need Central govt's incentives,subsidies and or approvals and will not reflect the overall investments in any sate.Most importantly service sectors,retail ,etc are not included I think 90% of investments in AP are related to Sricity as they are routed through the DIPP http://dipp.nic.in/English/Policies/Policy.aspx | ||

IEMs would have been applied from past MOUs. Dentlo fake figures emi vundavu but will the said investments materialise on ground ante that's another story Exemption ante D&R act, FERA act don't apply for these products then you should file IEM which DIPP will cross check and give go ahead and allow the said investment. Don't compare your weaknesses to someone else's strengths. | ||

Fertiliser co-operative KRIBHCO today said it has completed all formalities to set up a phosphoric and potassic (P&K) plant in Andhra Pradesh at an investment of Rs 1,000 crore. The plant will have an annual capacity of 6 lakh tonnes. Krishak Bharati Cooperative Ltd (KRIBHCO) said in a statement that it has completed all formalities for setting up of phosphoric and potassic (P&K) fertilizer plant near Krishnapatnam in Andhra Pradesh with total investment of Rs 1,000 crore and incentives from the Andhra Pradesh government. This will be the first P&K fertiliser plant of the cooperative, which produces urea only. The plant is being set up in Andhra Pradesh as the state government has offered power at Re 1 per unit for next ten years, VAT exemption for next seven years and host of other incentives, giving benefit to KRIBHCO of about Rs 500 crore, Kribhco Chairman Chandra Pal Singh Yadav said at the 36th annual general body meet today. "The land has already been allotted by the state government for the fertiliser plant. The annual capacity of the plant will be about 600,000 tonnes and it will require an investment of Rs 1,000 crore," he said, adding that the capacity would be increased to 12 lakh tonnes per annum later. first table is MOU while the second table is for applying IEM that's something like LOI. Industrial Entrepreneur Memorandum (IEM) or Industrial Licence (IL) approve ayyi vachaka they can start manufacturing. Also these tables only capture investments in manufacturing of exempted product/goods. Don't compare your weaknesses to someone else's strengths. | ||
